State of the Economy Speaker Series

Join the TCU AddRan College of Liberal Arts for an engaging lunch and learn on the trends in the economy led by renowned professor, John Harvey. The inaugural State of the Economy Speaker Series will provide opportunities for networking and to learn from renowned TCU economists and other experts in the field. Ticket required to attend. 

Ada Limón, Premier Green Honors Chair 2023

Join us for an evening of poetry and conversation with Ada Limón, award-winning author, acclaimed podcast host, and Poet Laureate of the United States. This event is open to all TCU students, faculty, staff, and the community. Registration is required to attend.  Hosted by AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the John V. Roach Honors College.

AddRan Student Research and Creativity Symposium

Celebrate the scholarship and creativity of students who are majors or minors in the AddRan College of Liberal Arts. Students showcase their work through creative writing, oral presentations and poster sessions.

The Robert D. Alexander Lecture in the Liberal Arts

Discover the true value of the liberal arts with the Robert D. Alexander Lecture. This bi-annual event is free and open to the public. Past speakers include Sir Ken Robinson and former White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. 

The Native American and Indigenous Peoples Day Symposium

Learn about the cultural significance and heritage of Native American and Indigenous peoples.
