Spring 2026 Lower Division Permission Request Form
Permission numbers are issued for exceptional academic reasons or rare cases where class scheduling conflicts cannot be resolved by other means. Permission numbers are not issued to provide access to a class taught at a specific time or by a particular instructor. Please be advised that first priority will be given to English, Creative Writing, and Writing majors/minors.
All permit requests are due no later than 24 hours before the final deadline for enrollment to allow time for processing.
To allow time for processing, please be advised that the permission request form will become inactive and unable to receive responses after 5pm on Thursday, January 15th.
