Fall 2026 Lower Division Permission Request Form

Permission numbers are issued for exceptional academic reasons or rare cases where class scheduling conflicts cannot be resolved by other means. Permission numbers are not issued to provide access to a class taught at a specific time or by a particular instructor. Please be advised that first priority will be given to English, Creative Writing, and Writing majors/minors.

All permit requests are due no later than 24 hours before the final deadline for enrollment to allow time for processing.

At this current time, all ENGL 20803 sections are full. If you wish to join a waitlist for a specific section, please do so. You must be on a waitlist before your request can be reviewed.
