2026 Senior Scholars
Rebecca Jane Brennan
Rebecca Jane Brennan ’26 graduated Suma Cum Laude with a double major in Economics and Political Science. She is moving to Washington, D.C., where she will be working for a Texas congressional office on Capitol Hill. She intends to attend law school. Rebecca praises the department internship program for its help in securing her employment in D.C where she plans on “representing us well” in the nation’s capital!
Sameep Shah
Sameep Shah '26 graduated Summa Cum Laude and as an Honors Laureate with a double
major in Economics and Computer Science. He is focused on building AI-powered solutions
that automate complex workflows. He has co-authored research recognized at IEEE/ACM
CHASE 2025 and awarded Best Paper at IMNS 2025. He interned at CBRE as a Software
Engineering Intern and will be returning following graduation as a full-time Software
Engineer, working on internal AI applications.
